A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of WGZO & WGZR, Adventure Communications, Inc., 401 Mall Blvd, Suite 101-D, Savannah, GA. 31406, during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.

Qualifier must be a U.S. resident at least 21 years of age and possess a Legal picture I.D.

All contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of WGZO & WGZR from here on referred to as station(s), Adventure Communications, Inc., participating sponsors, their immediate families, and household members.

An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six-month period unless otherwise specifically stated. An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.

The contest will begin on July 7, 2008, and will run through August 23, 2008.

Qualifying prizes will include: One invitation to our “Grand Prize Key Party” on August 23rd atSavannah Harley Davidson,located on highway 204 & I-95 at the Gateway of Savannah. Thequalifying prize has no value. Official registration will begin at (time) and end at (time). If you do not show up at these designated times to register you will be disqualified from the contest. Key invitation holders upon arrival to Savannah Harley Davidson, at highway 204 & I-95 at the Gateway of Savannah, will present their invitation to station personnel along with a LEGAL picture I.D. to register. Successful registration will allow you to select a number from a box. This number will represent your place in line to select a numbered key from a board containing all keys to be used in the contest; this “numbered key” will represent your place in line to try your key to unlock the Grand Prize key box. No one can stand in for you. You will also be given a copy of these rules to read and sign.

Two (2) times each weekday, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am and 7pm, a designated “Harley Contest Sounder” will be played on 106.9, WGZR and 103.1 WGZO. The correct caller to 1-866-469-1069 for WGZR or 1-888-844-1031 for WGZO after the contest sounder airs will qualify to receive one key invitation to the Key Party on August 23^rd at Savannah Harley Davidson, highway 204 & I-95 at the Gateway to Savannah.

One qualifying entry per person and ONLY one qualifying entry per household.

Listeners can qualify either by listening on-air to WGZO or WGZR OR by registering at any WGZO and WGZR events where a Harley Davidson Registration Box is provided. You may also register at Harley Davidson of Savannah. There will be a one-time opportunity to register for a key by winning tickets from WGZO or WGZR to the Savannah Sand Gnats baseball game on July 12^th at Grayson Stadium, Savannah, GA and participating in a competitive game of skill. Ten key party invitations will be awarded to winners of the games of skill (throwing a baseball closest to a target on the ground). All qualifiers must be present at the Key Party, Saturday, August 23^rd at Savannah Harley Davidson, highway 204 & I-95 at the Gateway of Savannah, for their chance to win. The keys to a brand new Harley will be placed inside a locked box. Each of the qualifiers will have a chance to use their key, to open the lock on the box. Only one key will open the lock on the box containing the keys to the Grand Prize!

All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize / prizes valued at over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.

All prizes are awarded “as is.”   Gifts are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.

The station(s) shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.

All entrants and winners agree that the station(s), Adventure Communications, Inc., and their affiliates, shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received.

All prizes must be claimed in person at the station during regular business hours and within ten business days of winning, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to the station to be disposed of at their discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.

Proper identification must be presented to claim prize. Winners will be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.

All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of the station to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the station.

All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the station deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.

The station reserves the right to change the rules of any contest, at any time, should it deem such a change as necessary.

The station reserves the right to end any contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public

The station reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

The station reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.

Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
